The Captain's Assembly Hall is where all Captains meeting are held. Whenever there is an emergency, or a message that needs to be relayed to all Captains. The Captain Commander will usually summon all the Captains where necessary. Absences from these meetings without just cause is always frowned upon.
This area is where all the numerous Lieutenants gather in order to have a meeting that concerns them all. Meetings are frequently held where necessary, and its not uncommon for a Captain to make an appearance.
