Gazes of different people looking in different direction managed to catch the eye of a significant man of a rather significant origin who just happened to be passing by. Today our hero found himself in the great mall, the place where a person could find and buy whatever he needed or wanted. It was a rather grand and spectacular place, full of different shops that hosted different sorts of merchandise and goods. That simple fact brought different sorts of people under this one roof and there they started looking for material possessions that would give them the most joy. While every other person in this mall was walking happily as if they had no cares in the world, Frankenstein could be seen in his soldier uniform passing through the mall with an unchanged facial expression. Although most people here were too occupied with their issues, some would look in his direction and would turn back to their friends pointing out how he was weird and spreading gossip about him. What would a soldier be doing in a shopping mall while wearing his work outfit? Well, this is Japan so everyone was wearing whatever they wanted to wear and when they wanted to wear it, the same was applied to Frankenstein. Although, the reason why he was dressed like this was simply due to the fact that he was still working and coming to the mall was business related, he needed to buy some stuff that would hasten the opening of the Quincy base. Indeed, he just wanted to make things perfect and so he came to the place which had whatever he needed to accomplish that rather simple dream of his. It didn’t take him that long to find the items that he needed and was now on his way back to his bar. In his little white bag, that he held in his right hand, Frankenstein held some rather simple items such as a hammer and some packs of nails.
With this it will be finally finished. Without a change of face the black haired male would have that thought, it was as if he did not even care that his dream was coming true and that it was finally time for him to do what he wants. For some years he was working the job of a simple officer in different sorts of places, mainly those of low class and there he learned the art of combat. Now that he was the Emperor who was opening a base in Japan, the land of his origin, one would expect to see at least a smile. Frankenstein was not actually sad, nor was he the not caring type; he was just a man who did not show his emotions unless they were quite powerful ones that not even he could hold back. Now was not just one of those moments. But, it didn’t seem like he was finally going to be able to finish his place and show the joy that he felt, as something happened before his very eyes that would make him stay a little longer. While he was walking he noticed a couple of gazes directed at a single location and upon acquiring it within his own sight, he noticed a rather gorgeous and young looking female who seemed to be ill. Unlike the two younger males who were quick to react, Frankenstein stopped to consider the situation and observe it more carefully. Although it did not seem like it, this soldier had a degree in medical studies. Since he was not ambitious he just became a normal doctor without any sort of specialization. That knowledge alone was enough for him to notice that this female was just rather tired; it did not seem as if she had symptoms of anything else, at least not of a physical nature. Since he was not the sort of doctor that dealt with mental problems, he couldn’t actually tell what was actually wrong with her.
Should he help out? There was no need to, he was not here to help out people who did not even need his help, it was time for him to add the finishing touches to the base before any of the other Quincy start showing up. Speaking of which, he also needed to recruit more people to his organization and even form alliances with some of the humans. There was a lot to do in this wretched town. Who would have thought that coming here would be so beneficial to the Quincy, there were so many Hollow here to kill and pesky Shinigami to put into their place. The amount of spiritually aware humans was also decent and so there was much room for improvement. Perhaps now they will finally find a way to reach the realm of the Hollow and finally destroy them all. There was no luck in that area of research lately as over the world the amount of higher class Hollow was far too low, their concentration of them in this town was far more greater, in fact even the so called Arrancar showed up here. There weren't many of those in Germany, so their true powers were not up to date, therefore there was a need for engaging them in combat to test their true powers. Finding them however was troublesome, especially during the day when there were people around, even so Frankenstein was on red alert even now. For now the black haired male would simply reach the fence that prevented people from falling down, as he was on one of the higher floors. He would simply lean onto the metal part of the seemingly quite new fence and gaze down.
